Vintage Walker & Hall Sheffield Silver Plated Footed Salver Tray Ornate 12" W&H

A magnificent vintage English silver-plated footed serving salver, made by the prestigious silversmiths Walker & Hall at their electro works in Sheffield, England. Measuring 12 inches (30cm) in diameter, this heavy, premium-quality tray stands elegantly on three raised decorative scroll feet.

The design is exceptionally ornate, featuring a cast scroll-and-shell wavy rim border and a beautifully hand-chased scrolling foliate and arabesque pattern across the flat surface. The reverse is clearly stamped with the classic Walker & Hall pennant flag logo, pattern number 53638A, and full factory details.

Condition: In good vintage condition. The heavy silver plating is bright and largely intact. There is minor, natural surface cleaning wear in the centre field as expected with age and you can see a slight colour change which does not detract from its stunning display appeal. Free from deep dents or repairs.
