A charming mid-century modern ceramic table vase manufactured in the 1970s by the prolific West German maker Scheurich Keramik. This dinky, pocket-sized vase features a striking two-tone drip glaze combination, contrasting a smooth, rich terracotta orange-brown base with a thick, textured frothy cream and brown "fat lava" style foam glaze around the shoulders and rim. Its compact, minimalistic silhouette makes it a perfect accent piece for an atomic, retro, or modern bohemian interior. 
The base is clearly stamped with the classic Scheurich style model number "231-15" alongside "W. GERMANY". 
Condition Report:
This vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, fleabites, or restorations. The textured volcanic glaze and smooth base finish are both beautifully preserved. Please review the detailed photographs for a full view of the glaze transitions and condition.
