Highly collectible and manufactured by the world-renowned Pillivuyt factory in France, these pieces were imported exclusively into the UK by J. Chomette & Son for premium domestic and hospitality use. Known for their extreme durability, these dishes are traditionally thermal-shock resistant, non-porous, and perfect for oven-to-table presentation.
Condition:
- Good Vintage Condition: No chips, cracks, or structural damage.
- Graphic and green trim line remain bright and well-preserved.
- Note: There is a slight age-related discolouration to the inside of the base glaze, consistent with historic oven use and heat exposure. This does not affect the structural integrity of the piece.
- Base displays both clear factory marks (The black Pillivuyt factory mark and the gold J. Chomette retailer mark).
