This piece dates to the late Victorian era (circa 1880s-1890s) and features an exquisite chased floral and scrollwork design with a classic gadrooned border.

The reverse is clearly stamped with the Walker & Hall hallmarks, including:

  • The Wavy Pennant (Flag): The early "Type A" curvier trademark, signifying production prior to 1910.
  • Date Letter: Features the Greek letter \(\pi \) (Pi) underneath the pennant.
