To find one still accompanied by its original, branded graphic box is a minor miracle.
Turned out by the English silversmiths Cavalier Tableware, this substantial 14-inch circular tray is a beautifully preserved slice of mid-century hospitality. The tray features a classically pierced vertical gallery wall finished with a gadrooned top rim—engineered specifically to prevent glasses from slipping sideways during transit. The face is heavily and beautifully chased with a traditional pattern of scrolling foliage and textured cross-hatching, revolving around a pristine, mirror-polished central cartouche.
Because it retains its original factory box (Model 4174/14), this piece is entirely free from the usual storage scuffs and presents in near-immaculate condition. It is an exceptional, gift-ready addition to a modern home bar setup, a drinks trolley, or an elevated coffee table display.

Historical & Maker Details

• The Maker: Cavalier Tableware Ltd, England.
• The Packaging: Accompanied by the original mid-century blue and white patterned factory box with original stock label.
• Era: Late 20th Century (Circa 1970s).
• Material: Heavy silver plate on base metal.

Condition & Specifications

• Dimensions: A generous 14-inch diameter (approx. 35.5 cm).
• Condition: Excellent, near-mint vintage condition.
